River North’s Best Business or Service for 2010
digitalife, LLC was named River North’s Best Business or Service of 2010 at the River North Business Association’s Annual Meeting. Of the three nominees in the category, digitalife received over 68% of the 5,800 votes cast for these awards. On-line public voting took place during the beginning of February.
This award recognizes a business or service that is a member in good standing of the River North Business Association, has been a good community citizen of the River North community and who participates in River North Business Association activities. It is based on the company’s products and services and the value represented by them. digitalife has been serving the River North community since 2006.
Frank Hasner Member Momentum Award
The Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce recognized businesses and individuals who have been an integral part of the community over the past year, at the 19th Annual LPCC Awards on Thursday, May 14, 2009.
digitalife, LLC founder Joseph Utschig received the Frank Hasner Member Momentum Award, given annually to a chamber member committed to creating mutually beneficial partnerships within the local business community.
Joe was recognized for being an extremely active member of the LPCC, regularly attending events, serving on the Board of Directors, and reaching out to secure new members.

Community Service
We recently served on steering committees for both the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce and the River North Business Association website redesigns. The LPCC successfully launched a new website that includes a content management system, news, blogs, and media feeds. The RNBA redesign is currently in progress. Volunteering our time and talent is another way that digitalife remains closely tied to the Chicago small business community.
